        Khalifa Muhammad is a dedicated and compassionate leader, renowned for founding the Prison Dawah Relief Program. With over 40 years of diverse experience, Khalifa’s journey has been one of resilience and transformation. Having faced the challenges of military service, drug addiction, and homelessness, he has emerged as a beacon of hope for those grappling with similar struggles.
         
        Khalifa specializes in peer support and drug counseling, utilizing his profound understanding of life’s adversities to empower individuals on their path to recovery. His work is rooted in the belief that every person has the potential for change and redemption, and he strives to strengthen the ummah by fostering a supportive community for those in need.
         
        Inspired by the teachings of Islam, Khalifa often reflects on the Quran and Hadith to guide his mission. One notable verse from the Quran is Surah Al-Baqarah (2:286): “Allah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear.” This verse resonates deeply with Khalifa’s commitment to helping others overcome their challenges, reminding them that they are not alone in their struggles.
         
        Additionally, he draws inspiration from the Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), which states, “The best of people are those that bring the most benefit to others.” Khalifa embodies this principle in his daily work, striving to uplift and support those who have fallen on hard times.

        Ummabdulkarim Muhammad:  Medical and Clinical Administrator

        Ummabdulkarim Muhammad is a respected Medical and Clinical Administrator with over 40 years of experience in both mental and physical health care. A true pillar in her community, she is known for her unwavering commitment to improving the lives of others and her passion for service.
         
        Throughout her distinguished career, Ummabdulkarim has held prominent positions in major hospitals across the nation, including leadership roles in Veterans Medical Hospitals and Federal Prison Institutions. Her extensive background equips her with a unique understanding of the complexities of healthcare in diverse settings, allowing her to implement effective strategies that address the needs of patients in challenging environments.
         
        In her current role with the Prison Dawah Relief Program, Ummabdulkarim combines her medical expertise with her deep-rooted belief in the power of compassion and rehabilitation. In addition to his work within the prison system, where he selflessly dedicates his time to impart wisdom, offer spiritual support, and present dawah to inmates, Imam Inshirah actively engages with multiple National Masjids.
